Chicken, potatoes, tomatoes stew

Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs or drumsticks
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 large potatoes or 6 baby potatoes
- salt
- pepper

Directions
In a single pot:
- Dice the potatoes and tomatoes into large chunks.
- Slice or dice onions into small chunks.
- Add chicken.
- Add salt and pepper, mix thoroughly
- Pressure cook for 25 minutes
